Today Poland celebrates Fat Thursday which is called Tłusty Czwartek. People purchase and bake their favorite pastries. The most common delicacy on this day are pączki (doughnuts) which are large deep-fried pieces of especially rich dough traditionally filled with jam and covered with powdered or glazed sugar.
In Advicero Nexia, during today’s integration meeting, we had the opportunity to prepare a local version of doughnuts together.
The employees who worked from the office today also had the opportunity to taste delicious doughnuts.
