Employee and manager platform

In order to make it easier to manage the HR and payroll data of our clients’ employees, we decided to implement an employee platform (Employee and Manager Platform) in our company.

It is a convenient tool that allows you to generate and manage employee applications and work time online from anywhere. Using Dashboards, employees have constant access to information about working time, vacation status, remuneration, they can view their pay slips or download tax declarations. Managers will gain the ability to remotely manage the working time of subordinate employees and to approve the requests received.

Employee and Manager Platform save the time of employees and managers, accelerate the implementation of HR operations by reducing the number of paper documents in circulation.

The platform is designed for both employees and managers, and can be a good solution for a small as well as a large company. It is a tool connected to the Enova365 HR and payroll system, easy to use, possible to use from the website as well as the application.

The employee and manager platform is a convenient tool for managing HR and payroll data by employees and their superiors. The platform contains the same HR and payroll data as in the enova365 HR and payroll system. It is possible to use via the website and as an application on mobile devices. The solution is available in Polish and English.

1. EMPLOYEE PLATFORM

Using the employee’s dashboard enables the employee to:

  • Access to personnel data (addresses, US data, bank account number, information on health and safety training and its validity, information on medical examinations and their validity, information on concluded contracts of employment or commission),
  • Generation of HR requests, e.g. change of personal data, change of US, change of account number, registration of a child for insurance,
  • Access to all payslips,
  • Access to salary card and income card for any period (income card show tax data cumulatively, which means that the employee has information about exceeding the tax threshold),
  • Possibility of downloading PIT declarations, without the need to print and send them in paper form,
  • Access to working time, information on the number of days of leave accrued and the number of days of leave taken in a given year,
  • Generation of holiday, special leave or on-demand requests. A list of notifications makes it possible to check the stage at which an application is in progress. Documents, including those requiring multi-stage approval, move through the stages according to a predefined path in the system. From pending to accepted or rejected. Documents are given the statuses: pending, accepted, rejected, respectively,
  • Access to attached scans of documents, e.g. employment/commission agreements, training courses, medical examinations or other HR documents.

The platform is divided into tabs with individual data, it is clear and easy to use.

All documents downloaded from the Employee and Manager Platform are saved in pdf format.

Using the dashboards, employees have constant access to their financial data, working time or leave status.

The platform can be accessed from a web browser as well as by downloading an app to a phone, facilitating rapid management of HR data by the employee.

2. MANAGER PLATFORM

The Enova365 HR system allows a structure to be built according to the subordination of employees to individual managers. It can be one manager managing all employees, but it can also be several managers managing a group of employees.

The manager’s dashboard enables managers to:

  • Access to the personnel data of employees reporting to a given manager (addresses, US data, bank account number, information on health and safety training and its validity, information on medical examinations and their validity, information on concluded contracts of employment or commission, position, remuneration). The manager can have access to all the above-mentioned employee personnel data or it can be a limited access, e.g. only to medical examinations and health and safety training,
  • Generation of employee reports
  • Generation of reports related to the validity of health and safety training/medical examinations
  • Access to employee’s working time,
  • Access to information on leave status,
  • Acceptance of leave requests submitted by employees.

  • Acceptance of leave requests submitted by employees.

Access to the data that is visible to the manager can be modified, depending on the rights granted.

Each employee, who is a manager, also has access to their own employee data by logging in through one and the same account.

The dashboards enable managers to remotely manage the time of their subordinates and approve leave requests in real time.

The dashboards save time for employees and managers and reduce the number of paper documents in circulation. An overview of absences allows working time to be organised and substitutions to be set.

The advantages of the Employee and Manager Dashboard are mainly time-saving in the circulation of paper documents, access to current employee data, automation of tasks and unification of activities within the organisation.
